Returns and Refunds Policy

Terms & Conditions

We are able to accept a return only if the product is in its original condition. This includes but is not limited to being washed, worn or tampered with and there is no evidence of any marks, stains, dirt, hair etc.

Any returns are to be made within 14 days of delivery and a copy of the invoice must be included. Any returns shipped after this time frame may be rejected. The customer is liable for the cost of returning any item(s). We advise that a tracking number and insurance is taken out for the value of the item(s) as they remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Wolf Gang Sport.

Any refunds granted will be issued within 7 business days of Wolf Gang Sport receiving the returned item(s). An email will be issued upon confirmation.

Faulty Items

In the rare event that you have received a faulty or the incorrect item please contact us at alpha@wolfgangsport.com. Don’t forget to include the order number and clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue.

We will then get back to you on how to proceed with the return. The customer will have 5 days from delivery of the faulty item to return it to us.

Items that appear to have been worn, washed or tampered with will not be replaced as per the Terms & Conditions.

Wrong Address

The correct shipping information remains the sole responsibility of the customer placing the order. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct as we cannot return or refund these items once lodged with the incorrect address.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Wolf Gang Sport reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the Terms & Conditions to stay up to date with the most recent policy. Once posted on the website, changes to the Terms & Conditions are in effect immediately.
